Will a backup from version 7.306 restore on 7.350 and is this the latest beta build available?

Yes, it will restore fine. At least all my test-systems did.
7.350 is the lastest ISO-available, system installed with this image can be updated automatically (or manually) to 7.386 which is the latest version I am aware of.

Actually, 7.380 is the latest ISO.
