[7.386] QOS keeps getting turned off

I found my two internal ones were disabled. Thought it strange, but I wasn't able to identify any reason or date when it happened.

I experience the same issue - QoS gets turned off from my WAN connections - LAN is unaffected.  7.390.

When was this released, or is this a special for you to test a fault specific to you?

7.390 was released on the 5th.  There's a post at up2date.astaro.com.

there is a reference to the update to v7.390, but there isn't any actual link to it.

I have v7.390/v7.400rc1. The up2date site only shows the original v7.390 release as far as I can see, there isn't another reference to a later update.

Is QoS only being disabled when doing an Up2Date or does it happen sometime else as well?

I'm not sure. It's not happening often.

I'd venture that it seems to coincide when WAN connectivity fails and the uplink balancing moves the service to the remaining WAN connection.

In addition I've found if you manually turn an interface off via the Network/Interfaces green/red button, QoS selection remains on.  When you turn the interface back on and go check the QoS settings, QoS for that interface has turned itself off.

I have had QoS turn off today on both our external connections (it was only enable on those 2). Unfortunately I can't narrow it down to anything specific, as I had done both a restart and interface enable/disable (chasing an unrelated problem which turned out to be elsewhere in the network).

I haven't spent a lot of time on this one yet but I do have the same issue.

I was having a WAN connection issue, disabled the PPPoE connection, rebooted, enabled it and noticed QoS was disabled some time in there...  I will do further T/S when I have time.
