Very easy: Unique naming of configuration-backup files

Hello everyone,

I just came across something that could be very easily enhanced.
After I installed the latest beta iso on another test-system I wanted to import my last configuration backup. I opened the email containig the last auto-backup, saved the attached file "backup_20090131_011503.abf" to my desktop and imported it. Unfortunately I wasn't paying full attention and I imported a configuration backup from a completely different installation that I downloaded earlier today to the same location.

This can very easily happen because all configuration backup files that are produced at the same date and time do have the same name. And I get A LOT of configuration backups every saturday which I usually save to harddisk.

I think that this could very easily be enhanced by adding the License-ID or maybe the hostname to the backup's filename.

Of course this is no bug or something, it would just make astaro a little bit more "fool proof".

    I agree.  I only made that mistake once though. [:)]

    Now, I just retain the emails in an archive and I always add the client name when I save it to anything.

    Still, it would be better to have the hostname in the name of the file initially.

    I am dazzled, I just downloaded a backup file from our 7.386 test-system and it indeed contained the hostname.
    Did I do something wrong earlier? Or has this feature already been included in that version?

    Has someone received a 7.386 configuration auto-backup by email so far? If so, maybe you could confirm that the filename now includes the hostname?
