[7.386] localhost non SSL?

Just looking through logs, and see a ton of these in httpd.log:

2009:01:30-15:11:47 archangel httpd[7159]: [error] [client 127.0.0.1] access to /var/webadmin/ failed, reason: SSL connection required
2009:01:30-15:11:48 archangel httpd: 127.0.0.1 - - [30/Jan/2009:15:11:47 -0700] "GET /" 403 -

Always comes in 4s, and seems to happen once a minute.
