[7.386] Multipathing - some Domains not reachable

Hi,

i use Multipathing with 2 lines, one standard ethernet (sdsl) and one pppoe(adsl). the ethernet is my default gateway. i made rules for websurfing and ftp to go over the pppoe line. this doesn't work for some sites, e.g. microsoft.com, mk-netzdienste.de and others. i activated mutlipath debugging and i see no entries if i try to reach this sites, there is no winner rule for this sites. everything else works fine.

Whats the output of "cat /proc/net/multipath" ?

Do you use the HTTP proxy? If yes, in what mode?

no proxy, direkt access. but i will try with proxy also.

tried with proxy. domains that doesn't work directly work with proxy.

Can you verify that this is not a DNS issue?
E.g. ping mk-netzdienste.de

Whats the browser error message ?
E.g. "Address Not Found" vs "Network Timeout" in Firefox.

believe me i've testet all this. it's not an dns issue. if i disable the second interface (the adsl) all traffic routes over the sdsl an it works. ping works, but this goes also over the sdsl. i get an network timeout in firefox. if you wan't i can give you a login to the machine and you can see it live!

Seems there is a MTU Problem on your ADSL interface. Some sites handle broken TCP MSS information and some sites not, e.g. microsoft or mk-netzdienste.de

Please set the MTU on your PPPoE interface to 1492
