Who are the BETA Testers?

I just downloaded and installed 7.4 (7.380) on a test server and am updating with the latest Up2Dates.
 
I also read that BETA Testers will receive a 25-User Home License when the BETA cycle has ended and 7.4 is released.
 
How will Astaro know who to give the special licensing to? [:S]
