how to connect !

Hi !
i am using astaro beta Firmware version-7.386 Pattern version-9045
i have purchase another isp which give me dynamic ip to connect you have to open a browser and type username and passwd to enter as a login process now how do i connect with this circumtaces,can i define any rule/policy or dyndns or some otherway to get that isp/ethernet connection call-up so i can get that page ,1st isp has static ip that is working fine ,how i can aggregate bandwidth,and fail -over between this two isp's

    Did you put your username and password into the PPPoE settings?

    yes sir ! can i make that mistake ? no cross-checked 
    when i connect same connection with stand-alone pc and able to connect and with disconnect i put same cable in astaro it show link and state up but how do i check fail over and other stuff
