[v7.4xxb] Configuration backup

Hi,
I have noticed that the backup files have grown from approx 250kb to over 650kb.
I have the auto backup config enabled and have been able to trace the start of the increase between the backup on the 7th December 2008 and the one on 13th December 2008.
I am not sure which version was released around then, but all backups, both auto and manual are now over 650kb.
