[7.386] Problem with PDF in browser (FF)

Hi,

I have a problem, when I display a PDF in a FireFox (3.05) browser window. I use the transparent proxy and when I click on a PDF, I get a message from the acrobat reader, that the PDF is corrupt and can not be repaired. When I first download the same PDF and "dopple-click" it, there is no problem with it.

When I take my "IP" in the "Transparent mode skiplist", than I can open the PDF in the browser-window without problems.

Download (with right-click) is ok, but display in a browser-windows is not ok.

I use the Acrobat Reader 8.1.3 with the option to display PDFs in a browser window.

    This has been an ongoing problem with Firefox and the proxy.
    PDF's work fine using this method with IE.
    I don't know if it is just an Astaro problem.


    Hi Mark_D,

    you are right. With IE 6 it is ok. I have not find infos about *this* problem with PDF´s in the forum. Only some remarks about problems with *downloading* PDF´s.
