Web Cert import error/problem with Opera and Camino browsers

When I try and import the web cert into Opera I get the following error message:

The key of the certificate was encrypted using an unsupported method, possibly one that is not considered strong enough.

This happens with:
Opera Version 9.51 Build 4886
Platform Mac OS X
System 10.5.6

Also

When I try and import the web cert into Camino the cert is grayed out and not available to select.

I have sucessfully imported the cert into Safari and Firefox.
