Strange behavior

  How are you running the http/s proxy? 

  It loaded fine for me and I'm using a reasonably slow and problematic satellite connection. I'm using the standard proxy (not transparent), Mac OS 10.5.6 and Firefox 3.1b2.

  Do you have any other OSes and/or browsers to try?

This is using Edir SSO. I had not seen this issue until 7.380 I believe. I can consistently see it happen on certain sites. The proxy loads fine. Configs are fine. Same configs were on 7.360. The site I first saw it was National and Local Weather Forecast, Hurricane, Radar and Report
and there ar several others have seen. See webpages get lost in lala land to and hit refresh and they come up fine.

Just as a followup. The sitre it seems to hang on from National and Local Weather Forecast, Hurricane, Radar and Report is connecting to odc.weather.com. I don't see anything in the logs that I looked at. I looked in content filter and packet filter. That is just one site I am seeing this. There are others.

  I don't have Edir SSO so I can't duplicate your setup, but for me the site National and Local Weather Forecast, Hurricane, Radar and Report loads just fine, I just have to wait for it, which I think is to at least partially if not totally due to to our slow connection. I have noticed that pages at RushLimbaugh.com Home are slow to load on PCs (it's fine on my Mac) even though they're cached. The browser says "done" but the page is blank, but if I wait for it then it appears.

What are some of your other problematic sites?
