I have altered the setting in one of my HTTP profiles a number of times in the various versions of v7.400b and the setting reverts to single scan.
This only happens on one profile, the first one. All others are set and stay set on dual scan.

Found the cause. If you open a profile to change any setting, the default scanning rule is applied, you must always (assuming you want dual scanning) change the setting before saving the profile.
