Multipath doesn´t work correctly

When i configure a multipath link with two interfaces then work the failover not correct. If i were a cable from dsl, i prefer not connect to the internet.
The firewall will not use the other line.

There are two different uplink balancing modes:

* Failover: In this case, only the first interface is connected. The second interface comes only up if there are connecivity issues with the first interface.

* Multipath: Both interfaces are up and are used.
