[7.360] Can't Add Certificate (Exception)

Hi all,
 
after I click at "Add Exception for this URL" I got a logon Window and it doesn't matter what I put in nothing is correct.
 
Maybe I have to configure something so this will work?!?!

Ok it was my fault. I used in the proxy settings asl.home.intern with the "ignore Proxy for local addresses" Checkbox activated.
After I changed the Proxy to the IP Addresse it works.
 
Update2:
 
After I changed the proxy Settings to IP address I can add the exception but it shows up with a ^ in front of the address,
and the page load ends up in a messy page (see screenshots).
Without proxy server everthing works ok.
