[FEATURE] Basic UPS controls via WebAdmin

Would it be possible to add some very basic control for UPS support to the WebAdmin console?  Assuming it's using the opensource Network Tools for UPS code, it should natively allow clients software running on other devices to poll the server (in this case the firewall with the UPS connected via USB) and respond to a loss of power.  

Some basic web UI functionality to enable/disable UPS support, and perhaps define what IP's or networks of clients are allowed to connect to the UPS monitor sever would be great!   

Not sure if such a management UI change would make it into 7.40, but if clients can at least contact the firewall appliance, this might be worth mentioning in the User Manual  / Online Documentation?

Anyone elses thoughts?

    Well you just have to allow access to the ASGs TCP Port 3493 where upsd is listening. Just a packet filter rule.

    Then you have to add your host/net to the ACL of upsd which is in files /etc/ups/upsd.conf and /etc/ups/upsd.users and you're all set.

    But since there is very low interest in such a feature, its unlikely it will be implemented in webadmin. But at least you can do it on your own with that information.

    Enabling/Disabling UPS support makes no sense. My new PnP mechanism that will be in v7.400 activates when plugged and deactivates UPS support when the UPS has been pulled.
