After doing some testing to see why all the HTTP Profiles stopped working a short while after upgrading to 7.360 I found that if you have User Networks in the http profiles that stops all profiles from working with the exception of the default HTTP Proxy.
I did check and see that none of the users in were connected so the 2 users in the http proxy that had their user networks in there were showing up as unresolved IPs
