[CONFIRMED] [7.350] Web proxy w/o web filtering license can't download exe files

Hi

I've a test astaro with no web filtering, but I can activate (full) transparent  web proxy... but I can't download exe files...

ok I can do probably exceptions... BUT when anti-virus is not active I should be able to download any extensions !
