[NOTABUG] [7.350] Serial Connexion not working

Hi

I've just set up my new Astaro ASG120 unit [[:)]] (thx astaro [[:)]])

I've connected the Serial port to my linux desktop using the required info (38400 8N1) but I'm not able to type anything...

I get:

but I can't type anything... I'm sure of the cables as I was using it previously on a PC-Engines Alix board (today)..

and on the console I get:
