"Use Anti-Virus scanning" blocks online streaming (radio) regardles of "Bypass content scanning for streaming content" is on or off.

I can confirm, I was trying to watch streaming tv on fox.com and couldn't figure out what part of the proxy was stopping it. As soon as I unchecked "Use Anti-Virus scanning" the player started working.
