[FEATURE] [7.350] Backup import before asking for 'Basic system setup'

Hi

Can you add an option to import backup in the same 'basic system setup' page ?

this will be avoid to enter things that are not necessary when you already have a backup... and will make win some time while reinstalling...

After the install I just put my backup on a usb stick and plug it in. when the system reboots it reads it off the usb and restores. reboots again and all is well.

yes I know but I've not always my USB stick with me.. [:(]
