My whole user portal is correctly localized (= German) except for the HTTPS Proxy tab.

Hi,

as the HTTPS functionality will be introduced with the upcoming 7.400, we haven't done the re-localization of the End User Portal as well as WebAdmin, yet. Of course, the general available 7.400 will include a proper localization.
