Manually assigning DNS forwarders (to OpenDNS servers) on the "Network >> DNS tab" failed to override those assigned by my ISP. Specifically, the IP addresses of the "Currently assigned forwarders" fail to update and then the DNS service also fails to resolve lookups.
My ISP is Verizon (FIOS) and I'm using the External interface type of "Cable Modem (DHCP)" in case this matters.
