I am seeing this display issue. Where a filter rule or http rules are created the info is missing. Can click on edit and see it but does not display in the list the info. This is obviously in the webadmin. I have attached a jpg of it.
Confirmed. This always happens if you haven't chosen a 'Time Event'. With a configured 'Time Event' in your 'Filter Assignment' everything is fine, w/o you won't get anything.
