In order to give you a good reason to install, test and use the ASG 7.400 BETA version, Astaro is holding a small bug reporting contest for UBB users. Here is how it works:
Please report bugs in this forum by opening a new thread. Include the BETA version number and a small synopsis in the thread title. For example:
[7.350] HTTPS proxy goes ballistic
For each bug you report, we'll award a number of "points". How many depends on how much useful information you include in your report. So please include as much information as possible. You should at least describe your configuration and what the effect of the bug is. Including log file snippets, tcpdumps, screenshots and other helpful items may get you additional points. Hint: Bug reports along the line of "It does not work, please help" will probably not score many points.
You can report any bug you find, however it must be a "new" bug (one that is not already filed in our internal issue tracker). We'll keep track of the found bugs in this posting. Please check the list below before reporting. Also the Astaro Mods are the final instance in report evaluation. Please do not start discussions about the fairness of the process.
When the BETA phase ends, the three top UBB bug reporters will receive Amazon Gift cards, valued EUR 300 for first place, EUR 200 for second place, and EUR 100 for third place. For non-EU national winners, we'll try to get gift cards in your local currency. Failing that, you'll get a card for amazon.com, in US dollars.
