[7.300] no release link in daily Quarantie Report

since the new 7.300 i have no release link in the daily report. is this a bug or a new feature with a point to enable that?

Did you define which types of quarantined email can be released by the users (you can find this setting in Mailsec -> Quarantine Reports -> Advanced)?
