Any known gotchas to consider?
 
1)  Will active directory join need to be redone after the upgrade or will it carry over?
 
2)  On a 220 V1 (512 MB memory), can I manually upload the up2date file or should I wait for the auto-up2date to pick up the file?
 
Both of these were issues in past major version upgrades, so I'd like to confirm whether or not I need to plan for these.

    There is no domain rejoin required. At least the system i've tested so far upgraded flawless regarding to AD.
