[7.3xx] feature automatic restart at xx.xx o'clock [FEATURE]

it will be a helpful fearture to restart the firewall automately at 4 o'clock to have no problem with the smtp ,,to many concurrent smtp connections" problem. 
 
is it posible to make a way to define a cron job for this issue?
