[v7.270] Blocked stats odd

Hi,
I think the best way I can describe the new blocked stats report is odd.
The left hand and right hand columns don't even come close. Even if there are 1000s of sites, it is still strange.

There's been a really big bunch of external hosts trying to send to a smaller number of "local" hosts. It looks OK.

Further information. Number 2 son wanders in and says can you help me get this torrent through the firewall, it appears to be blocked.

Some of it shows up under torrents, but a majority of the packets appear to be blocked. More work to figure out what to let through. Keeps the brain active.
