[7.270] "User-portal Allowed network" doesn't allow new networks immediately

Issue:
Adding an adapter to the "End-User Portal, Allowed Networks", then pressing "Apply" isn't working as intended.
Eg. adding "Internal Network", pressing Apply - portal is still unavailable from the internal network.

Workaround:
Disable End-User protal, and re-enable it again.

How to replicate the issue:

  • Make sure you have a host added to the "End User Portal Allowed Networks" list, but a host that doesn't cover the scope you are testing from.
  • Make sure the portal is enabled and active at port 443.
  • Make sure that you are on the internal network.
  • Test 1
    Try to access "End user portal" at "https://my.firewall.local/"
    Access should be unavailable.
  • Add the "Internal Networks" adapter to the allowed list in End-User portal.
    Press Apply
  • Test 2
    Try to access "End user portal" at "https://my.firewall.local/"
    Access is unavailable.
    Access should be Available.
  • Disable the "End User portal"
    Re-Enable "End User portal"
  • Test 3
    Try to access "End user portal" at "https://my.firewall.local/"
    Access is Available.

    "Immediately" as in the time it took to do the following:
    Pressing Apply, opened a new window in IE, type the address and pressed Enter in the IE address bar.

    Additional test information:
    * I've tested with waiting 1 minute, no change.
    * Pressed "Apply" once more and tried again, no change.
    * Waited another minute, no change.
    * Disabled and enabled the portal again, success.
