[7.3xx] rewrite rules for url [FEATURE]

i'am searching for a feature to rewrite special urls. for example a rewrite rule for singlesides, so i can say if anyone surf to http://www.singleside.xy i rewrite this rule to http://www.mycompany.xy/singlesides_no_allowed.html and this user got a special error page for his side.
