[7.260] AD Group Prefetching Returns 0 Users [CONFIRMED]

When I enable AD Group Prefetching it returns 0 users.  Here is an example from the log below.  There is supposed to be 2 users in each group.  As a result of this using AD groups for the portal causes users in that group to not be able to access mail or vpn clients.  When i add the user to the Access List (instead of the AD Group) everything works fine.
