[7.260] POP3 Message Blocked Notifications [NOTABUG]

Hello,

after upgrading to 7.260 the gateway started to send emails for each message blocked by POP3 proxy to the end users although the Quarantine Reporting is disabled.

This never happened prior to the 7.260!? Is this a bug, feature, fixed bug or a configuration error I made somewhere I'm unaware of?

Edit:
Interesting is that this happens only for one of several POP3 accounts passing through the gateway... ?
