[7.260] http download + proxy progressbar dont move [NOTABUG]

For http-downloads thru proxy, the progressbar stops to work during av scan

http proxy in standard mode
av is set to dualscan
max size is set to 50MB

i try to download http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/amtu/amtu-win32-1.0.9.exe (24MB)

During download the progreessbar moves,
after download the display changed to Stage 2 of 3 : scanning
but the progressbar stays at 100% and no updates happens in browser.

After ~3min on ASG320 i got the Icon -> Save-AS
After ~5min on ASG220 i got the Icon -> Save-AS

It means between 3 and 5 mins without any visible changes for user during download/scan.
Most of the Users will close browser and let Astaro scanning....

    Unfortunately we can't show any progress during virus scanning because ClamAV (I think it's clam that needs such a long time to scan) doesn't give us any progress. [:)]
