[7.250] quarantine reports are not listed in the admin Email manager [NOTABUG]

I've noticed, that the quarantie reports are not listed in the smtp log.

Perhaps there is nothing to send via smtp and the pop3 proxy fetches the reports directly in the pop3 mail download. 

By design?

Other notifications, like e.g. executive Reports and  failed logins are listed.
