[7.250] There still bugs that where in 7.200 beta

there is still bugs I've reported for 7.200 and still in 7.250

please make sure this will be fixed asap as this is quite critical for us in production... we have more than 150 DNAT/SNAT rules so this bug forced us to add more rules [:(]
