[7.250] SMTP Profiles defaults behaviour? [NOTABUG]

Hi

When adding a new SMTP profile all sub-sections are set to use
"Use individual settings defined below" by default...
Would be probably better to make it use "Use global settings" by default as we will probably do first global configuration then add some profiles with some differences...

just my point of view...

This is done to emulate the old behaviour, where it wasn't possible to copy or extend settings from the default profile. If you upgrade with a backup that has profiles, they also end up as having individual settings throughout.
