User release available on expression in digest [FEATURE]

We use two layers of spam filtering as the astaro does not always catch everything, our ISP tags any spam by prefixing the subject line with [Probable Spam].  We have added this to the expression filter so that it gets quarantined on the astaro, but the BIG problem is that users are not allowed to release expression blocked emails from the digest.

Please, Please, Please could you reconsider this policy and make it user configurable whether end users can release these messages in v7.3? As otherwise the sysadmins are the only ones who can release the emails which means more work for us, if our ISP tags one or two wrong.

And I know that it is very commonplace for large companies to have 2 levels of spam filtering.

    I think you are using POP3, is that right?
    There should be a release link for expression blocked mail in quarantine report.
    What is the subject of your digest? "Quarantine Report for x" or "Email blocked .."
    You have to enter your pop3 server in the advanced settings of pop3 in webadmin to be able to release mail.

    No, only SPAM can be released.

    What should be considered is the company policy toward expression filtering. If we decide not to allow certain words from arriving to our users mailboxes, so the release is not an option.  If it is just a manner to filter more SPAM, then it should be released.

    Can we leave it to Admin decision? like a checkbox - Allow release of expressions.
