when upgrading manually (up2date) when you first upload a file then apply you have the green message: "Up2Date package imported successfully."
which is fine but seems it does not disappear after a while or at least if I need to upload another file the upload box appear but message still there so most of the time I don't now if I already clicked on apply or not...
seems you are handling that correctly on other pages... maybe was just a problem with 7.103/7.104 ?
