High CPU usage for 7.180

I have also noted that my CPU usage is now around 60-80%.

I am using a Sempron LE 1100 plus 1 GB of RAM.

IPS is switched on.

Previously using 7.104 my CPU only had about 5-10% utilisation

How many users as well? Also are you logging drops in your packet filter?

There are only 3 users. I am not logging drops in the packet filter.
I also have IPSEC VPN enabled to my office (with QoS).

what kind of vpn do you use? remote-access vpn or site to site vpn?
