[7.180] Eastern Australia Daylight Savings time [CONFIRMED]

Victora, New South Wales and South Australia don't return from daylight savings until next weekend. My ASG reset to standard time today.

Manually changing the time at approx 0900 will stuff up the stats for the day.

I am not sure about Tasmania or West Australia.

A bit of a pain, doesn't even get Tasmania correct. I have had to resort to gmt+11 to get the correct time.

I have disabled the NTP check for the moment and am relying on the ASG clock to keep time.

I have sent an updated set of time rules to Astaro for AU and NZ

Had to move the system to Brisbane time, all the stats are way out of wack, making it very hard to determine issues with the beta software and PCs etc getting their time all wrong.
The ASG doesn't appear to function as a time server with the NTP lookup disabled/blank.
