When I have had the http proxy enabled and I go to disable it none of the computers can surf the internet. Did not have that problem before I installed the beta. I have tried it three or four times on different computers and none of them can surf the net with the http proxy disabled. Is this just me or is anybody else seeing this. Also trying to go to gmail.com is failing even when I have the proxy enabled.
Its running in transparent mode and I have the packet filter setup to allow http traffic. I also setup a rule to allow any services and it still did the same thing. Also some websites will not load known ones so far are gmail.com, login for ebay, and one of my dads sites that he has to access for work.
I have IPS enabled and im/p2p with the im/p2p i have noticed that even if i put in a rule to allow Google Talk in the packet filter it still will not connect even when the im/p2p is disabled, and even then I have only set it up to in the logging mode for all of the IM. P2P I have yet to try. IPS seems to be working fine. I can not say for sure how many websites will not display but they all seem to have about the same characteristics of each other. When I disable the http proxy no one can surf the internet no matter what website they try going to, but the issue with gmail and ebay happen even when the proxy is enabled.
