P2P/IM logging

Another small issue (Maybe not ready by now) :

When you fix in the webadmin the rate for the logging of the P2P/advanced/logging, it change also for IM/advanced/logging also !!! ( and same if you invert...)

and where can we see this logs ? ( not in these specific area, nor in the logging areas... ?)
