7.091 Occaisonal sporadic triggering of secure/non-secure pop up msg

I can't reproduce a click path faithfully, but it happens every now and then.

Screenshot of latest instance happened in 7.091 while creating eDirectory groups. Using IE 6 in this instance and grabbing the group to drag it down triggered the message.
