I would suggest allowing an extra selection and that is for protocols used by the VOIP system.
Astaro currently assume incorrectly that SIP is TCP 5060 where as it appears on the VOIP systems I have played with to be a UDP packet. Also there is no allowance for RTP other than what is specified. Some providers have other ranges which require packet filter rules to be put in place which defeats the aim of a VOIP helper.
