[7.090] error in content filter log

Http proxy in standard mode (without websec license)
After disable/enable proxy, i find this in log:

Yes, httpproxy still measures access time to our servers. Just in case you'll apply a license [:)] And if you're not applying a license, it makes no difference, as you can't use  websec features anyway [;)]

this is not good as it fills the logs up as it is doing it very often, which means it is also using cpu cycles and I/O, hich both are precious.  

can the check time not be user definable?

personally once every minute should be fine IMHO

It is doing this check every 15min, and writes a line for every single server with the access time. Makes a max of 8 lines every 15 minutes. I think that's ok in contrast to the extra debugging information it provides. [:D]

Thanks Sven.   Must say 7.090 is great.  Proxy cache is still a bit slow, but much better than previous versions

checking conterfilter servers ist not so critical,
but why the proxy try to auth against ads ?

It doesn't try to auth against ADS, it is just trying to load the credentials on startup which aren't there. So you can ignore this error message as long as you're not using ADS. guess you have enabled ADS authentication in the past [;)]
