[7.086] Wrong timestamp in backup filename

Hi

I created a backup manually at 2007-11-27 00:24, Timezone Europe/Berlin.

The file was created with the filename: firewall.hl.mdv_7.086_2007-11-26_23-24.abf

So the name is ceated with a wrong timestamp (like the also not correct dashboard time).
