Updateprobleme von 7.080 auf 7.086

Das Update von 7.011 auf 7.080 funktionierte noch einwandfrei. Maschine lief stabil weiter. Nachdem wird von 7.080 auf 7.086 upgedatet haben ist der Updateprozess zusammengebrochen und die Maschine konnte iptabels nicht mehr starten.

Das Problem scheint folgendes zu sein. Unsere Maschine ist ein P4 775 mit HT. 
Auch nach dem der Updatevorgang manuell nochmals über die Konsole angestoßen wurde, sind weiterhin die Netzwerkinterfaces down. 

Ich bereite gerade noch eine Knoppix CD vor, damit die Entwicklung sich das Problem anschauen kann.
Weitere Details folgen bestimmt.

    What's got your machine to do with the problem? Pentium 4 with Hyperthreading should not be a problem.

    Could you post a logfile snippet from the time you tried to install the Up2Date the first time.

    Please note, installing an already installed Up2Date might not yield the desired result and in general you should not re-apply an Up2Date.
