Adding new rules in packet filter is a pain [USABILITY]

Hi,

I think the new system for showing rules by packets of ten is not so good.

So when I add rule, let's say #22, and press 'Save' the display jumps back to rules 1 - 10. Then I have to click '>>' two times to see the new rule and to activate it. And so on for the next rule. So this is a pain, when you have a bunch of rules.

It is the same, when I edit a rule. To see the result, I have to click through the rules or I use the filter.
