[7.086] WebAdmin corrupts SnagIT [NOTABUG]

Hi.

If the login pages from WebAdmin and End User Portal are shown in the browser or I am logged in the usage of the program SnagIT for hardcopies is corrupted - only a black screen is visible. It is all OK before and after closing the browser or changing to another site. No difference between IE7 and Firewfox.

Versions:

OS: Vista Ultimate 32 Bit - all actual patches installed
Firefox 2.0.0.9
IE7 7.0.6000.16546
SnagIT V8.2.3 (Build 31)

I have not heard of SnagIT (I guess it is a screenshot program?) before, but could it be that it blanks out HTTPS sites on purpose? Or maybe IE, Firefox or Windows disallows screen grabbing for HTTPS sites? Do I make sense? [:)]

Hi Tom.

thank you. You are right - it's actual a global problem with https sites. Former version from SnagIt (a hardcopy tool) doesn't have this problem, I used it to document my Astaro configuration as well.
