Testing using ftp://mirrors.kernel.org results in the strange IE screen shown in the attached JPG. The browser is pointed at the HTTP Proxy on Port 8080, standard mode (no authentication). FTP is in the allowed protocols list. Testing the exact same HTTP Proxy configuration on a system behind a version 7.011 HTTP proxy (the one I have in production) works fine.
